It was great mate, thanks for asking.
Totally unspectacular off I'm afraid though.
First session, still damp, completed 3 sighting laps, 4th lap, turn into Druids, begin to feel the front slide, so 2 choices:
1. Put her and me on it's side or
2. Pick her up & into the litter we go.
Choice 2 always wins in this scenario.
I managed to hold her up half way into the litter (Sete style!) but down we eventualy went.
Bike recovered, back to pits; gravel removed, out next session. No sure about kudos (don't know what it means :} ), but loads more confidence on the track now, just got to get those minor scratches out! After his off last time round (see below), Dave did well today, so Team Gravel Rash, sponsored by Kitty Kat has it's two main riders ready for Brands next next month, followed by Snetterton and Mallory with Catalunya and Valencia GP circuits calling in June.

Snetters is April mate

Yep, was on the R1 and it's fookin awesome on the track :yo: Just minor kitty litter scratches to polish out tomorrow night!

The other 3 who binned it at Druids weren't so lucky apart from SP1 man, who found that kitty litter serves as a great centre stand :} His bike was bolt upright :eek:

Can't join ya on Sunday, 'cos apart from being not worthy I've other commitments mate, so I'll have to wait 'till the next Donkey meet for your tips :B What will I do in the interim :dunno: :}

Bike scratches,

Don't polish them out, they're like having scrubbed leathers - makes ya look cool in an 'I've pushed my bike to the limit' kinda way :p

Yeah BattleScars Rock:yo:

Joe - I nipped down the Box after I left you on Sunday and Steve J was down there - he and the missus were speaking of Dave's Paddock Hill Bend incident and reckoned that the best thing to do when you hit the kitty litter is to give it a big handful to stop the front end bogging down, that way you stand a slim chance of being to ride out of it..............not that you'd think of that at the time!

Glad you're OK mate.
