away from getting back on the Bird after six weeks or so of back problems.

I can honestly say that I have no real enthusism to do so. Maybe it's time to get shot after 150,000 miles or so of mainly good experiences? Then again the thought of public transport fills me with dread.

Damned either way is the current feeling.

At least on the bike you get some decent alone time and can enjoy the journey to work

I always said to Woman, if ever I end up like the lemmings I sometimes saw trudging their way to and from work, without a single spark about them, put me out of my misery !

Due to Christmas festivities I've had a couple of days off the bike in the last few weeks and have endured public transport.

It's good to do once as it reinforces all the benefits of commuting on two wheels.
