just to clarify something when does the hi viz law take effect in france and what size does it have to be .give an example ?

do a search on here. I reported it was basically 4 swan vestas boxes on your jacket a little while back but later legilation was challenged ?
thought this was already in force ? same as the booze detectors you can get in halfords.

It's just reflective material needed not the day-glo yellow bit.
