Ex son in law, it was his day to have the kids today from 9am, Emma had to leave for work at 7.15 however dickhead refused to collect them till 9 o’clock, Emma told him the kids could have slept there the previous night, he refused, I got up & went round to look after the kids until the arsehole came to pick them up.
Joe with all his problems whilst getting dressed decided to put odd socks on, I pointed out that they didn’t match as one was long & the other short, Joe’s logic, they both have cars on so they match, “ok if you’re happy wearing them”
Dickhead has just dropped them back at Emma’s (20 minutes early) Joe burst into tears, dickhead & his slag have continually taken the piss out of Joe for his odd socks.
Whilst we were in Majorca Gracie refused to dance at the mini disco, turns out dickhead & slag laugh at her dancing & make remarks like “Gracie, you’ll be needing a bra soon” poor kid’s not even ten yet, I really want to do some serious harm to the pair of them.

The twat already begrudges paying his meagre child payments & has made it clear he will not buy anything as he thinks he pays enough, thinks nothing of paying £500 per Month to lease a BMW, happily pays £10,000 for his teeth veneers (how I’d love to smash them down his throat) pays £2000 for an engagement ring for his tart, refuses to buy Fish & chips for his Son or a bucket & spade for his daughters, takes them to Blackpool hardly leaves the bar, takes the kids ten pin bowling for their birthday but doesn’t let them bowl instead he plys them with cheap pop whilst him & tart get drunk

Said it before and will say it again its abuse plain and simple, get to court and remove his visiting rights, the court puts no emphasis on who the parents are only on what is best for the children and its plainly obvious he isn't it

Then when its all calmed down wind him up enough to take a swing in front of witnesses and do what comes natural either that or "have a word" on the quiet

He is too much of a coward to take a swing, in ten years of marriage he never defended my daughter & let her sort disputes out.
I have told my daughter to go back to the Courts but she won’t, interestingly enough he has asked to attend the courses re Joe, we know for a fact that when Emma is explaining Joe’s behaviour he will state that joe doesn’t play up for him, then Emma will retort “no because you smack him” which will let cahms see what he’s like.

This is exactly how my ex was. Stopped me seeing the kids so she could get more money.... Fought it and won somewhat convincingly.

I then had the kids 50% of the time but still had to pay. My best advice is go to the CSA.... Once they get their teeth into something they won't let go

They went through the Courts, his idea as he didn’t think she could afford a decent lawyer, he never bargained for bank of Mum & Dad, the csa don’t want to know as they went through the Courts.
