I don’t know much about F1 but if Verstappen carries on the way he’s going, he”s going to kill someone one day. To me, he looks f’ing reckless.

banner on Sky says Max has been given a grid penalty for the next race.

My impression at the time was that he was the one at fault as he went for a gap that was never going to be there. I did expect it to be ruled as ‘racing incident’ though.

However, Monza is very narrow and the chicane where the incident happened is ludicrously tight with high kerbs and that needs looking at. Accident waiting to happen.

My point was that on the 1st lap, Hamilton left a gap big enough for a bus for Norris at the same corner and they both made it round side by side, if Ham had left the same gap for Vers then there wouldn’t have been a layer cake of cars. I think they’re both guilty and should both have the 3 place grid penalty.

they should both be banned and the rest of the races scrapped and replaced with more BTCC

I loved BTCC in the days of the Sierra Cosworths. Proper racing that.
