Well, the "west" midlands massiff met up tonight for an impromptu chinese in a slightly soggy Kidderminster.

Hoping for a fine day in the morning, we were practicing our eating and drinking skills, ready for the Thetford Chinese meal on friday night...

Chopsticks having been sharpened, we adjourned to Rolfys & Jans place to endeavour to empty another very full fridge of booze.

The more sober of you may notice the addition of the lesser spotted Simzie at the head of the table. And as such, Al & Bridget, have been appointed as official massiff service vehicle for the 2003-2004 season.

See yawl soon...More pics to follow after our run to the Telford show tomorrow.

Best wishes,

Rolfy, Jan & the Massiff

The morning after the night before.....

......or something very like that.

Well, morning arrived far to early in a dry and sunny Kidderminster. Brook street echoed to the arrival of the rest of the riders for todays "outing" to Bike Live at Telford.

After a hearty brekkie, served up by Jan & Suzie, we left for a little run into Shropshire via one of the prize roads in the area (Morville to Craven arms) Then after a stop for more coffee and a fag break for those that partook, we headed off to Shrewsbury and onto telford where the show was.

Unfortunately, the show was a bit of a letdown (as psoted yesterday) but the stunt show with the mad Hungarian on a 50cc WW2 bike was excellent. We made the most of the time we had there, and saw everything at least 9 times...LOL But I actually walked out on the UK centrefolds show, as whats the use of seeing a bird you cant touch :B but they were veeery nice :lick:

Must say thanks to everyone who took the trouble to turn up despite the weather warnings, and say

Hope to see you all soon,

Best wishes,

Rolfy, Jan & the midlands massiff

As you weren't even there Bert, don't even attempt to include this

ride out towards our little wager. Anyway, I doubt if Kidderminster to Telford and back exceeds the 250 miles we agreed :dunno: :}

Looks like fun was had by all and it's good to see Simsy back in the thick of things :beer:
