Without going into details I have been in dispute with a retailer over repairs needed to electrical equipment that was going to cost me around £2000.
Having been through the various processes to try and get this resolved to my satisfaction I eventually wrote to the Managing Director.
He was appalled at what had happened and the way it had been dealt with. Repairs have now been completed to my satisfaction without any cost to me.
Dont be scared to go right to the top….these people will never know everything that is going on in their organisation and generally expect the highest level of customer care from their people.
