We are doing Portsmouth - Caen 9th September heading via Limoges one night stop over, then down to Barcelona leaving there Monday 15th heading up over the Pyrennees back to Limoges to stay over there 16th 17th 18th 19th 20th September when are you around that area.:yo:

Leaving for Portsmouth on 30th July, 2 nights on ferry, back up to Calais on 5th Aug.

Fri, Bilbao - Boltana (pricey hotel suggested by DS)
Sat, Boltana - Toulouse
Sun, Toulouse - Limoges
Mon, Limoges - Le Mans,
Tues, Le Mans - Calais (autoroute)

Hopefully these distances will be manageable so we can be supping a beer by 4pm.

I've offset the pricey joint in the Pyrennees by prepaying for our IBIS accommodation in Toulouse, Limoges and Le Mans which I nailed down for ?28 per night for a double.

I guess once the ferry, hotels, petrol, beers and food are added up, I won't get much change from a grand though

Worth every penny!
