Another sore remoaner that is blaming all the bad in the World on Brexit
You see that's the point Derek.

I make no secret of the fact that I think the Brexit vote was dumb. As I am entitled to.

I also make no secret of the fact that the vote was democratic and as such everyone needs to get on to implement it.

I do have an issue with everything bad being blamed on 'remainers'.

The fact is that the arse has fallen out if the £ since the vote against pretty much every currency since the vote and as such there is wide spread pain.

The one thing that was guaranteed by the Brexit vote was uncertainty, plenty called that in advance.

Now we have rampant uncertainty suddenly it's not down to Brexit.

Get a grip.

Yes you are entitled to be wrong occasionally but you do seem to be making a bit of a habit of it :p

Think on this......... if you & your moaning mates started doing something positive instead of bitching & blaming everything on brexit then maybe the pound wouldn't have collapsed ;)

To follow on from Slim's comments, above....not one person of any worth has come out of the woodwork to tell us about all of the GOOD things about remaining in the EU. Why is that...?

I'm not moaning - thinking the vote led to a dumb decision that will haunt the economy for years is an opinion, not a moan.

I am moaning about everyone slagging off mrs May and saying she is doing a shit job - they are only worth listening to if they have something constructive and positive to back it up with. it is soooooooooooooooo easy to slag someone off.....the brighter people can do it while adding something positive to Improve things.

Tell me why the £ collapsing has nothing to do with Brexit. Can you do it in bullet points to help me understand it :D

Money for farmers
Our own money, the most of which the EU keeps and a small proportion is given to our farmers who frankly neither need it nor deserve it. The big farmers are doing OK and the farm subsidy is just propping up farms which should be allowed to go to the wall and the land sold to the bigger farmers. In Wales hill farmers are making a net profit of a few thousand on land worth half to three quarters of a million. Everything they spend is going through the books and HMRC are turning a blind eye. New Zealand farmers adapted and the strong survived when the subsidies were removed. Now they have a very healthy farm industry. The same will happen here when the subsidy goes, as it will. I suspect AndyB also believes the Euro is doomed and the EU will collapse soon after. The American dollar is successful because rich states subsidise the poor states so all can borrow money at the same rate. Germany is not willing to make that sort of commitment so the Euro will fail as poorer nations eventually start opting out as Greece should have done. Dump the Euro, renege on their debts, devalue the drachma and live on tourism. Just about anything they had worth anything such as ports and airports is now owned by Germans.

Er, excuse me, how do you know what I think??

Interesting views on letting the weaker countries collapse - while arguably they deserve to, particularly as they virtually encourage huge black economies, the reality is that collapse doesn't help anyone.

As it happens, I do think the EU will collapse in the next ten/fifteen years or so. Chatting to some of the locals in Cologne last week they were very mixed in their views about the EU. For a moment I almost thought they have as little idea what is going on as we do.......

Your opinion is welcome although most here seem to think you are wrong, as do I

May is doing a shit Job because she is wheedling & kowtowing to the EU instead of doing the job she has been landed with, which to most of the electorate was get us out of the EU, break all ties & let us stand on our own feet, instead she is trying to get us out while keeping all the ties & controls from Brussels IE keep us as we are in all but name, exactly what the result of the vote WASN'T about

As mentioned before by myself & others the collapse of the £ IS tied to brexit, you can repeat that nonsensical question as many times as you want but wont get a different answer, the difference is most of us believe its the fault of all the remoaners like yourself & the pisspotical way may & her cronies have gone about the job at hand

Simple enough for you ?

Derek says that Brexit has nothing to do with a weak £ so therefore it must be true.:gaydude:

Personally I think the major fault in your argument is the tacit assumption that Mrs May is bargaining from a position of strength. She simply isn't. If she was then we would have been able to renegotiate a better deal when Cameron tried and there would never have been a referendum in the first place.
