What is the best make and taking into consideration my weight etc and how much per leg? @tu*

Any good fully synthetic fork oil will do - I prefer Silkolene Pro RSF

Appx 500ml per leg ( You should set the oil level by air gap above it

142mm for Fi forks
154mm for carb forks
