Anyway - my fave quick munch's..........

Cheese on Toast with Lee & Perrins

Jaws' aforementioned Burnt cold toast with loads of Utterly Butterly - could not agree with him more - it's fantastic - try it

Multiple packets of Hula Hoops

Freshly baked bread with loads of Cheshire cheese and Jalapeno peppers - awesome, if no Jalapenos then HP Chilli sauce works

Hot crumpets with melted butter pissing out everywhere

I did the Atkins thingy and lost loads about 3st then I re discovered something called Alcohol in the form of larger so piled it all back on with a vengence. I did try to drink spirits but the landlord said that drinking a pint of Vodka and 'Diet' Coke wasn't on, plus it cost a fortune!! lol.
Doing Slimming world with the Mrs trying to keep to 'Red' days all meat and no carbs!
