Back in Black is AC/DC, great album. I have all their work and that is indeed one of the best. Iron Maiden, I have most of theirs and Powerslave is my favourite studio album but Live After Death (world tour after release of Powerslave) is my favourite.
Went to Cardiff to see them on that tour and it was unusual in that they played the whole album to open the gig. We hadn't heard it before so the crowd were a bit restless waiting for some of the classics. But I agree now I've listened to it for 13 years - it's a brilliant album.

Personal taste isn't it?

I cannot stand Rod Stewart or the Rolling Stones . I have never purchased and never would purchase one single or album of theirs.
Rod at his best with Faces - give it a try. Miles better than his post Faces lounge lizard solo stuff.

A Nods as Good as a Wink is a good starting point.

Not a fan of Rod Stewart but the Atlantic crossing album was out at a significant time of my life.

I saw them twice, consecutive nights, on that tour at St. David’s Hall in Cardiff. I was a fan on the first night and worked security on the second (y)

Don't think I've ever seen more piss flying about at any gig. Had to burn my clothes when I got back to the hotel and shower using domestos. Fucking loved it though.

Are you sure you're not a section 17
& imagined this in your locked room?
NURSE! It's time for the depot injection.

Nope. All true. You've obviously not been to an Iron Maiden gig then?

Don't knock it. Suprisingly, I've never been to an Elton John concert so I can't begin to imagine what gets thrown about there.

When I went to see him at Vicarage Road (Watfords ground unsurprisingly) in the late 70's, the drum skins were signed by EJ and the band and thrown into the crowd at the end of the concert.

Brilliant showmanship and entertainment even back then I hasten to add.

I was one of those being 6'5" tall and long arms that managed to get hold of one :D:p

I still have it somewhere.......

Public enema number one.
Hallowed Be Thy Name, actually.
