My huge, powerful, grunty diesel kicks out 165g/km, which is quite clean and extremely impressive for an engine of that size. Cleaner and more powerful than your poofy petrol :b2:

I'm a little puzzled here Pow-Lo. When did writing "fact" after a statement actually make it so?o_O

You wouldn’t get it, Bill. It stems back to an infamous rant from Rafa ‘Fat Spanish Waiter’ Benitez when he was manager of Liverpool. Sir Alex Ferguson got under his skin during the title run in and Benitez cracked. The ensuing rant was peppered with “fact!” and it was something Andrew and me had a giggle about. I now use “fact” quite a lot as it still makes me laugh to this day. Fact!

Aside from that, my diesel is actually very clean and cleaner than most petrols.

These Extinction wankers are hypocrits. Someone took a picture of just some of the rubbish they left in Hyde Park. Most of it plastic apparantly.

This is what it looked like after about 80% had been cleared by the local authority

I know it caused disruption, BUT for those who superglued their hand to the floor, I would have left them there.
Once they had pissed and shit themselves they would have been begging to be removed.

Apparently, according to a news report elsewhere, this was actually a 4/20 event and the rubbish left behind was subsequently cleared up by both Extinction Rebellion and the Hyde Park people.

EDIT
Just found this,

That is why I said "Apparently" because I did not have first hand knowledge.

That said, it does not get away from the fact that for all their so called "Green" credentials, the amount of plastic they used and discarded still makes them dirty hypocrits with no credibility or support in my opinion.

Not to labour a point but, if you had read just the second line of the report:-

"The aftermath of this mass weed congregation resulted in large amounts of rubbish left in the park, which has angered some students and locals."

You would have noted that it wasn't ER who left the rubbish behind, but the people who attended the "cannabis event". Now I don't necessarily subscribe to some of the ideals or ER, and certainly don't condone the effect their presence had on movement around London last week, but I feel that criticism should be directed to the right quarter.

Well said.

As I understand it ER have been based at Marble Arch and Parliament Square.

They have made their point - which I don't necessarily totally disagree with - now they can bugger off back to wherever they came from and let decent hard working people get back to normal.

I did not read the link you provided, (I could not be bothered in all honesty), I only repeated what I was told by someone in uniform and in authority working at the location and therefore is in the know.

Your sources are clearly better informed and I don't have an issue with that. (y)
