Nah, I know at least five people who would disagree.

Ahhhh right, in the whole of the European market you know of the 5 Worcester customers who think they're not happy, not bad odds.
Take it as gospel, Worcester make the best, most efficient, longer lasting oil fired external condensing combi boiler available.

I dont care what you think. I'm taking the Worcester out. Derek knows his stuff here and he's got 11 horses and 9 water butts. @tu*

Why aren't you happy with your external oil fired condencing combi boiler then ? not enough horsepower, or water storage facilities ???

Know what you mean, Worcester dont have the prettiest guttering around and I dont really like the shade of green they use.
All that said the hay baskets are spot on

My eldest brother is one of them, I believe the problem is something to do with the condenser freezing up.

And there's the answer to all the problems. Mount it high (the boiler d34l)
With its internal anti freezing system the water will flow to the correct channeling thereby replenishing the lack of source water. Hay, horses for courses and all that just my 2 bit

About 18 months old & knowing my brother he wouldn't have gone for a cheap option (unlike me :-0))

Thinking about it, do you mean the condensing pipe leading to the drain ?
If the pipe is too shallow an angle or the run is too long then the condensed water could freeze externally of the boiler, which in a way is a credit to the boiler as it burns so efficently (93%) there's very little external heat

Not sure Mick, all I remember is my brother dominating the conversation, bleating on about his expensive new boiler freezing up, that was the night I downed a full bottle of Rum.
