Bev sold a pair of brand new suede boots for £25, worth a lot more, woman’s received them & obviously decided she no longer wants them, she contacted Bev saying that the boots & packaging were damaged, she states they were for a present, this is contrary to what she initially said when she bought them, ebay are now holding the money whilst they investigate, no doubt they’ll find in favour of the buyer as they usually do, Bev has raised a report buyer complaint, let’s see how far that goes.

If she listed the boots with no returns there shouldn't be an issue unless the buyer can prove there is a problem with them
