People wonder why they are hard up when they buy pre-grated cheese, pre-cooked microwaveable baked potatoes, bags of vegetables already peeled and cut up, bags of precooked microwave rice, etc. Carrots with the leaves still on as it makes them 'better'.

And how Greg Wallace can advise on healthy eating while holding his stomach in...although in fairness I like him as a presenter.
