This is something I could be interested in, as I always feel like the passage ways are bunged up.
Looking at the picturs on the box, just how much self control do you have to have to get the stuff to where you need it, to clear out the nasal cavities?
We find Ortivine works extremely well in summer. Supermarket brand decongestant spray works well in winter.

Amazing how much better you feel when you can actually breathe through your nose.

I can 100% guarantee I wouldn't have put up with it, it was like that when we moved in. The picture doesn't even show the worst bits!!

All neartly run through the attic now....must admit I was quite relieved the internet and phone were working when I reconnected the cable after cutting it:)

And pleased to get both jobs done in about four hours...I thought it would take most of the weekend.

S'pose I'll have to lay on the sofa and plough through a few episodes of the excellent Deadwood now.
What's Deadwood; what's it about and what's the plot? I've just finished Once Upon a Time. I have season 2 of The Mandalorian on Disney+ to watch next, so I'll need something to watch when Mrs P's away after that.

They carry that in the medikit on BA flights. I've used it and it's good stuff but I find I suffer twice as bad when the effects wear off. Washing the sinuses out to begin with is a better start.

It’s an HBO production which is normally a good start - drama about the establishment of a new town in California that resulted from the gold rush. Not something that would normally grab my attention but Ian McShane plays the main character and anything he is in is normally worth watching. Highly recommended but be aware the language is very ripe and some of the violence is pretty appalling.

The Sopranos will always be my top binge recommendation if you have 96 hours to spare.

In the sofa, three hours of Deadwood followed by Not Going Out series 12 episode 1, the episode with the misdelivered penis enlarger. Haven’t laughed so much for ages, mrs B almost fell off the chair laughing. Highly recommended if you fancy a chuckle in these difficult times.

Lee Mack can come across as a bit of a dick at times, but there’s no denying his comedy and knack for timing. He did a live version of Not Going Out a couple of years ago, and there was a moment when one of the cast blanked or missed a lone, and yet he filled in instantly.

DON'T TOUCH OTRIVINE

Up until last year I had mega problems with my Sinuses. They were operated on and fortunately its cured the problems.

Up until then I tried loads of different stuff. The best one was the nasal rinse that's been mentioned already. Not a pleasent experience at first but you get used to it.

Back to Otrivine. Two years ago today I was in mega discomfort so went to the chemist and they recommended the evil stuff. I used it twice during the day. That evening I had a reaction to it which caused me to pass out. Unfortunately I was driving at the time and ended up having a massive accident with a telegraph pole and much to my embaresement ended up fighting with 5 police officers. None of which I have any recollection of. DVLA revoked my licence for 6 months and I'm not able to drive a minibus coach or lorry for 5 years

When I saw the consultants and neurologists I obviously told them about the Otrivine. Both quietly agreed it was juice of the devil and it should be steered clear of.

So please please please stay away from it

Woke up and was shocked to see the outside temperature at -6c.

Listened to a debate about whether it was ok to get in the car and travel somewhere to go for a walk.

Held my head in my hands and weeped.

They sent me some as a substitute a few weeks ago - it is a lovely fragrance, and with a couple of spare rolls in the toilet in the garage it smells lovely. Nice and soft as well.
