Got my very old Videotone mini speakers connected again.
Great sound. Been in a box for about 15 years.

I remember when I got them first, I heard sounds on a record that I never heard before. Them and a NAD amp. It was a new music world in 1979.

I'm using then on a Panasonic mini hi fi.
The unit is about 150 w 200 d 230 h and weighs nothing. It was marked down and I got €20 off that as it was a display model.
I remembered I had the old speakers and used them instead of supplied.

The main shop in town was pretty well sold out as they were. Side effects of virus.
I still regret selling my Mission 700 speakers and Leak amp.....

Marvelled at hundreds, possibly yhoussnds, of Canada Geese in numerous 'V's flying low over the golf driving range this morning.

Git home and did a search on 'Canada Geese migration' . Fascinating, and very tiring based on the ridiculous distance they cover

Honk honk..

We had a pair that nested on the lake at the 18th green a couple of years ago. Very nice to see them and 6 chicks that grew quickly. Unfortunately they do crap a lot, as in LOTS! and mostly on the green it seemed. I also managed to hit the mother goose with my tee shot at the par 3 18th, caught her on the full and knocked her out. I was mortified as I believed I’d killed her and it was only as we walked up to where she was lying that she struggled to her feet and walked down to the lake. I kept a close eye on her for a while and she seemed OK. Yes, she was finally. Thankfully.
Then one day the 2 parents and 6 chicks were all on the green, and mum and dad slowly walked to the edge and took off followed by the chicks for their first ever flight. I managed to film them on the phone capturing their first and last flight as they didn’t return.

Went to shoot again & for whatever reason couldn't figure out why I was missing the easy stuff until the bloke next to me said "is that low on air" ........ sure enough I was down to 60 bar so well out of the sweet spot (twat ) filled it up (190bar) & still couldn't hit a thing, checked the zero, it was well under at 30yds & in the grass at 50 so either I had knocked the scope or the cold had altered the zero

10 minutes later I was popping 50yrd bells & 60yrd golf balls as usual (y) not bad considering a light swirling wind :D

Shot over to Bury St Edmunds and picked up a 5A battery charger ( a freebee ) to replace the pathetic 1.2A one I was given with Mo's mobility scoot

Started the day badly by putting coffee and a tea bag in Mrs B's mug at the same time.

It got weirder as I was inside cooking while Mrs B was out in the garden digging holes for fence posts as 'she wanted to'.

Works for me.

Presuming that your head isnt mounted on said fence post as a warning to others not to sell motorbike and constantly whine about how much they love BMWs! :p

Fixed the kitchen light, finished work on the bike and got her off the bench and the garage ship shape again, waiting for a clear day to do some tyre scrubbing in, might be a long wait :(.
