Golf. Shot 81 that could have been 75 if any putts has dropped. Hit 13 out of 15 fairways, makes the game easy.

Sitting outside Morrisons now waiting for mrs B.

Took the van in to have it’s new rad fitted, cycled home up a ruddy great hill and then decided to cut the dandelions and wildflower growth that poses as my front lawn, bleedin hell in this heat and humidity I should have known betterer, had a shower and am staying indoors with a cold drink, a snooze might be on the cards as well, might venture out this evening for a ice cream down Appledore.:).

Fitted 3 repainted and rebuilt calipers and master cylinder to the Katana. All new HEL hoses.

refilled the rear system and bled it quite easily, despite 2 nipples in the caliper - rather old school having one for each piston.

then spent several hours trying to get a firm lever in the fronts. Too bleeding complicated (see what I did there ;)) as the anti-dive also has nipples.

I’ve given up on it for now, the garage was like a sweat box, and then the thunder started which panics miss Molly Malone, so I’ve come indoors to watch the cricket and grab a bite to eat.

bugger! Rain stopped play.

Tidied the lodge, packed the car, drove from Hornsea to Withernsea, had a breakfast, stupid waitress spilled red hot tea on Grandson’s arm, luckily he had his coat on which took the worst of it.
Drove home.

luckily I live in a fairly spacious property with space outside, the problem is stopping them migrating all over the close in a strong wind, your point is well made, people with limited space will be struggling and those who store out the front on pavements have the added problem of retrieving them after the local football heroes use them for practise..
