I've very occasionally thought the same.

Getting the bike out of the garage involves a bit of towards/backwards shenanigans until it's facing up the drive.

I have thought of trying out one of those turntable thingys.

But then I open the throttle, ride off with a smile and think "yippee" and forget everything else

Half the reason I stopped riding by the time I had got anything out of the shed I needed a little lie down :)

I had never sat on a bike & paddled it around as that's for old men & girls :D but when I found that was the only way to not end up in a world of pain I went to a smaller lighter bike but was thrashing that to death so gave up :( still got the urge to ride but its quite literally a pain

If lower bike = less pain..... you know where this is going. :D

the answer ..... get a bigger garage OR leave one of the cars outside !!
The garage is big enough, the cars are on the drive but my drive slopes down but I have to ride past my house then manoeuvre the bike backward up a sloping pavement & down my drive between cars.

Those turntables are good as long as you can lift the front wheel off the ground by putting your weight on the rear while on the centre stand.
(I can't!)

Speaking of manoeuvring heavy bikes around. The mot place I use only uses a house type door to get into the shop. The guy goes to my bike outside the shop. Stands in front facing it grabs the handle bars then effortlessly leans it upright then steers it into the shop to the work station. We (the waiting customers with mugs of tea in hand) all look on in awe

There used to be a bike shop in Dewsbury that had three steps going up to a side door, I took one of my Superdreams, he said bring it round the side, I was thinking “I hope he helps me up the steps with it,” stood waiting by the steps & after a while he sticks his head out from behind a pillar, there was a double shutter door further down.
