Ahh, obviously this only applies to blokes as female nips are a tad more mobile, whereas a blokes are rivetted on.
It's something my daughter picked up at art college when studying human proportions. (Your foot is the same length as your head, your wingspan is the same as your height etc.)
Maybe blokes nips ARE rivets, anyone fancy drilling them out to see what drops off?
