In Asda waiting to use a self checkout, girl at the machine put her shopping back in the basket instead of the loading area, she then paid for the shopping & whilst waiting for her receipt took out her mobile phone, she then turned & walked out of the store leaving her shopping still in the basket.
For a brief moment I considered calling after her then I thought "if she's more concerned with her phone then sod her"
I fully expected her to realise her mistake but she hadn't by the time I left the store.
