You put “whats rain” indicating that the rain belonged to what, had you put “what’s rain” that would have meant “what is rain.
If his name is What, then What’s rain would indicate rain belonging to What. However, if his name was Whats, then it would have to be written as Whats’ rain to indicate possession.

What’s rain also means what is rain.

Yes, it is. If you think it’s wrong, explain yourself for a change instead of just disagreeing.

BTW, a single exclamation mark is sufficient. Using more than one is indicative of not being able to correctly forward an argument with sufficient logic and sound reason. Or, in simpler terms, you’re not very bright.
