I can imagine that your shopping online orders are not what you actually ordered.
We are struggling as everyone else is to buy are weekly shopping online.
The shelves are bare.
I'm expecting the driver to deliver the non essentials in life.

We ticked the ' do not send replacement products if it's out of stock' box some years ago when we got a 'Fairy Princess' birthday cake instead of an Xmas cake!!

I would guess that link many others I was under the impression that delivered orders came from a massive centralised warehouse.....in reality someone (on a minimum wage no doubt) rushes around your local supermarket with a trolley.
