Back in the very early 80s my missus met Dave Prowse in his Green Cross Code role, they were having a road safety campaign for the pupils at the primary school she taught at, he was absolutely brilliant with them but they wouldn’t believe he was Darth Vader on account of his voice not being right even when he patiently explained to them his on screen voice was that of another guy as he didn’t sound menacing enough.
Really nice chap by all accounts and did a lot of good work with the kids.
