Just spent 3 days titting about the Snowdonia area of Wales (best place on the planet )
Anyway on the trek home to sunny Staffordshire I noticed sevral intances of old geezers
using those turbocharged leaf blower things to deposit lots of fallen leaves from their
property directly onto the public highway...Got me thinking, since when was this acceptable??
Throw in some rain and , well go figure:(,
Surely there must be some law to say that this is wrong...or is it just me being grumpy?

Yep. Watched some fat old codger doing the same thing to a line of stationary traffic. Leaves, grit and dust everywhere. Beats me why none of the drivers got out and had a word.
Why he felt the need to do it for 40 - 50 yards either side of his drive was a bit of a mystery.

Wonder what they would say if you had a battery operated version of the leaf blower ....... and blew it back into their gardens ???

A huge game of blow football ensues ???

All the jobbing gardeners do the same. we've complained to the council as the rubbish gets washed into the gullies, causing blockages and flooding in severe rain.
Council action - nil

Prison? I'm surprised no-one kicked his f'ing head in before he had his collar felt by dibble. I do not condone violence; however, under some circumstances it is absolutely called for and this was one of those circumstances.

I would imagine that the crime could be as serious as attempted manslaughter? Dunno, but there was most certainly intention to cause serious injury.

Canna be attempted man slaughter as no such thing !
Manslaughter is killing by accident
I thing it was something like malicious endangerment.. and yes, word is that he got it 'explained' to him a couple of times while inside
