Proly a jpeg from the PC, depending on what fone the format could be anything !
When you upload from the phone don’t you get the option to reduce the size of the image? Try clicking in the bottom of the image before the system rejects it And resize it. When you click the picture, don’t ADD, click where it says “show selected’ and then choose a smaller size.
Which phone?
On Samsung S10, press opposite buttons simultaneously to screengrab, doesn't matter what's on the screen.
The bottom of the left button, not the bottom left button.
