So yet again a so-called "expert" has ignored their own advice, the advice we mere mortals are supposed to believe in implicitly and follow blindly like sheep.

Why should we bother when the very people touted as being skilled and knowledgeable in this are pointedly not following their own advice.

Is it any wonder that there is so much speculation and so many rumours and conspiracy theories about the truth of this virus....

I don't think his advice is in question. Merely his moral values. Show him what his right hand is for.

It has been stated that we are all going to get the virus but the self isolating is to slow it down so we get it at different times so as not to put a strain on the Hospitals, there were people interviewed on tv this morning that have been seriously ill with covid19 & have left Hospital supposedly cured, one woman complained of still getting strong painful stomach cramps & unbearable agony in her legs, the other guy was very short of breath.

I wonder if we'll see a picture of said expert in the next few days with a black eye (or two), fat lip and some teeth missing? His bit is married, living with her husband and children. Oh, and the Telegraph helpfully plastered her picture on the front page this morning.

It’s another example of what really worries me - the ‘it won’t happen to me’ and ‘I’ll interpret the rules to suit my selfish needs’ syndromes.

While most are doing the right thing those that think it’ll happen to someone else are possibly the biggest threat to really getting in top of this awful situation.

the rules apply to us all and if course there are grey areas. Common sense says erring on the side of caution is the right thing to do.

I would really like to get a couple of bags of building sand to do a job. I am ‘allowed’ to go and get them but the reality is that they are for a job I would like to do rather than need to do. The world certainly isn’t going to stop turning as a result of not doing it.

It could for someone though...all for a couple of bags of sand.

Still kickin' it!
That’s an interesting piece you’ve pulled up there, Squaggy; although I can’t help but wonder if anything will change for the better, in future, as far as Parliamentary debate goes?
