Just had a "thank you" mail in from Michelle at CLIC

She will be sending us a formal letter thanking BIRD for the ?1070 that we raised over last year which I'll scan and post on the forum

This weekend's activities have so far raised ?600.00 with a bit more to come in.............

So on behalf of JAWS and myself [let alone all the nippers we've managed to help ease some pain]

Trific weekend seems to have been had by one and all !
Special mench to the guys and gals who travelled in excess of 500 miles to get to the Bash..
Well done to Aviatior and Mrs Aviator who apparently had to hop two ferrys just to get to the mainland ( !! ) and John and Mark who only had to do the one ferry from Ireland !

And ......................................................................................

Further special mench goes to the generosity of ALL who attended..
To raise such a lot of lolly with about 1/3rd the normal numbers was amazing !

Gawd knows what the final tally will be ( its already started to creep towards the ?700 mark thanks to a BIG donation from Paul and Emma on the birger stand )..

And we still have a few items to auction as yet ( these will be sold on here, so if you could not attend it aint too late to help out )
