Help the worlds starving?

Why is it that some people over-eat [aka Bloaters] whilst others are obviously malnourished?

You are being presumptious here bert just because someone is a bloater does not mean they overeat, it could be a glandular problem My wife does not eat a lot but she is overweight, this is because she has no thyroid gland, and it upsets her when people assume that because people are overweight then they are greedy, she gets plenty of excercise tending to our horses (when her health allows) but her weight remains the same, she is on the maximum permissable dose of thyroxin (200mg's) anymore could cause serious heart problems.
