Just done some jacket spuds, they were in the oven for 1h 45m at a high temp, took them out & the skins were soft as though they were microwaved, jacket spuds should have hard crispy skins, it’s the law.

Max I do is 60 minutes 180C fan oven

Temperature is fine, the spuds were sold as baking potatoes from Lidl but I suspect they weren’t baking spuds
