Catalunya Motogp 2010

Hi, Having been to the last eight Motogp's at Le Mans, I thought it time for a change, so am going down to the Catalunya GP in Barcelona, am leaving uk on the night ferry from Dover on the 27th June, then down through France to Andorra, have some fun on the twisty bits then down to the circuit for the weekends racing, back up on the 5th July on the wide black stuff, if anyone is likely to be about let me know and we could have a glass or two.

Doh! I just found this post it's a bit late to answer as you've already left, but I am going. I live in France you could have called in on the way past, if you where coming down the A10 or N10. Anyone else going?

My bro-in-law works for BMW and he's arranged a loan S1000RR for me, so looking forward to see if it lives up to the hype:-0)

Sorry I missed you guy's, went down the A20 to Andorra then over to Palamos and then down to Granollers for the weekends racing, the circuit is better than Le Mans, facilities clean and plentyful, outdoor showers all around the circuit to cool down under, and big screens everywhere to follow the action, recommended.
Left Barcelona at 05:30, went back up to France via Puigcerda, then up to Calais and the ferry back, got home to Fortsmith Cambridgeshire at 23:30, what an awesome bike! that's 67000 miles I've done on it without a murmour, love it.

Brilliant weekend. Was it fookin hot or what. The Furigan summer jacket came into it's own. We left Poitiers at 05:00 in the morning Friday for a 7 hour ride to the campsite with a fully loaded Givi set.We camped near Mataro good craic, a couple of other Birds there too and a few Brits. Total mileage 1100miles and a doddle.
next trip will be the Dax festival (feria de Dax) then down to Biarritz. Bring it on.
