 Thanks Alan !!
Well organised and great to meet some more 'Handles' - a few I still didn't get the names of, but it was nice to put a face to Silverone (and I thought that name had summat to do with the colour of his bike!) Moog (nice decent bloke with a very cheery smile)....
....a jolly lad, ain't he? w;;v
...and a few others I met !
Nice to see ones I had met on the Welsh ride also - even Bert, who was good enough to let me sponge a snout off him!
Apologies if I held anyone up on the snaky bike - wow! (Cat and Fiddle!!) and also apologies to the Trumpet and Fazer rider that had to sit opposite me in the pub and watch as I devoured my Yorky (with onion gravy I hasten to add)....
....About that pub - was it just me, or did the landlord of the pub look very much like a failed 80's pop star
?? That VanDay to$$er sprung to mind.....
Anyways - thanks again Allan! and the warning for the Plod Van with the back rear window - your imitation of a one winged albatross coming into land made ME slow down - hope no one was gotten thou...
Until the next time!
Phil & Gill.
