What the ? BMW DRIVER strikes again

Yesterday I was driving through a local town with a BMW behind me. We came to a pelican crossing and a lorry the other side had stopped, there was enough room the otherside for me to proceed and be clear of the crossing, the BMW followed me and parked across the crossing. We sat there for 5 mins as the traffic wasn't moving, when we finally moved we came to road works with temporary lights, the lights changed to red when I got to them so I stopped, the BMW behind backed up drove past me, flooring it through the red light
