Sad to hear the BMF rally wasn't as good as you'd hoped, glad to hear you'll support MAG though. Better than pouring cash into the hells angels coffers.

Me and a few mates went up from Portsmouth. 7 hour ride up, 9 hour ride back (went with a guy on a 125!).
I hadn't been to one before, so didn't know what to expect, but I thought it was okay. Picked up some real bargains on clothing etc, so was quite pleased with that.
The only real downer was that I had my tent broken into (while I was asleep in it!), and had money nicked out of my wallet, and an ?80 torch stolen too. Apparently this wasn't an isolated incident. A lot of people suffered a worse fate than me, with bike keys being stolen as well as complete wallets etc. Thankfully they left my wallet and keys, and only cleared out the cash.
Did see a couple of fellow Red 'Bird riders on the way home filling up at a nearby petrol station. Anyone on here?
