How do you get Samsung smart phone to transmit radio to speaker please?
Do you connect to the speaker via Bluetooth?
if so, you just select the speaker in the Bluetooth menu and then start playing (That's all I need to do with my S8)
On the phone go into Connections, then Bluetooth. First switch Bluetooth on, then allow it to search for other devices. It should find the speaker (that has to be switched on obviously) then allow it to pair with the speaker. Once done it will remember this pairing setting.
It will do it with music/youtube.
It will change the stations on the radio but it doesn't pick up the broadcast.
One site says that once the headphones are plugged in (a must as aerial for radio) they take precedence over bluetooth.
I emailed manufacturer and they want more detail on speaker. It's a Lidl unit.
I can even get phone conversation and ring tone.....
Yes, the wire in the earphone is the aerial for the radio.
Failing that try streaming radio of the internet.
That seems to be the way
