Bloody "Vehicle" tax time again

Not the bird but my CBF, and it'll be the same for the Bird at "Only" £91 quidlets for the bloody year or half that for 6 months, I wouldn't mind, but the buggers don't use it for doing anything constructive for the road user, unless your a bloody push iron peddler and then you get to ignore the cycle lanes they spent thousands on constructing, or your name is Corbyn.

Definitely not straight and I have no idea on 30mph limit, I always set the speed limiter on the car to 25mph so it's irrelevant
