Bloody ebay

Bev bought a purse through ebay, she paid promptly, then a couple of days later received a message from the seller stating that her child had thrown up over the purse & ruined it so she gave a full refund (via paypal)
Tonight she received a message stating she'd not paid for the purse.
She was about to go to the resolution centre when she received another message stating "dispute resolved" don't know what's going on there but they need to get their act together.

Its an automated thing Derek.. The seller should have marked it as a cancelled sale but proly forgot or simply did not know about what she had to do..

Looks like as soon as she realised she sorted it.. Sod all to do with eBay as such, and to be fair, unless the seller is a regular user she proly had no idea..
