Himself had one pull out of a gateway as he got to it and it took out the front offside wing of the Terracan, then just drove off without even stopping, with our wheel arch embedded in the side of the coach! Reckoned he didn't know he'd hit it, even though the coach company owner heard it from inside his house!!!! :wank: :wank:

Indeed. But at least the expensive slingback sandals make them look better.

New front bumper, new wing, new wheel arch panel, new door panel (door itself is OK, just the facia panel damaged, but as it's glued on a respray of the whole door required), new headlight glass, new wing mirror, new side step/running board thingy, new wheel arch internal plastic thingy, new wheel, 2 new tyres new wheel trim. £2,100 at present unless there's a problem with the geometry.

Plus the hire cost of the 2010 Discovery automatic we have outside now. Wouldn't have bothered with a hire car but we need to use the caravan this weekend for the Airshow at Kemble and you can't tow a 1.5 tonne caravan with a 1200 car that has no towbar!
