Whilst chatting to FB, Allan ( Buzz ) and Richard the other day I mentioned a project that was tested ( and subsequently crashed I seem to remember ) by BIKE magazine some years ago,,
A Blade with a Bird engine in it.
I think the words were along the lines of.. this is against nature, only evil can come of it !

Can anyone else remember reading about it ?

There's a guy in Northampton who has(had) one.

Last time I saw him was about April last year.

Dont be silly Richard there`s no such thing as a good tax bill

Although Billonaire Berty can afford it

But back to the proper thread, why would you want to slow the Fireblade RR1000 down by fitting a bird enigine in it :dunno:

Might have speeded my old one up but even then not a great deal

Wolfie

Is a lunp
it has been done, but suspension has to be chanced, frame has to be changed abit etc etc etc.

the one i read about did not handle that well and the power was down on the lump for some reason that the builder could not work out.

Well its like this.. those with big tax bills earn big lolly.. If you dont earn a lot you dont pay a lot.. There is just me and Mo to feed and we pay what works out to ?20 a week mortgage and insurances ( it has just rocketed up to that from ?15.00 a week ( gutted about that too ! )

We can live quite well on not a lot of brass.. We do not go out much, the cars we have are, added together, worth about the price of a tax disk, a good time is when we have fish and chips and someone lends us a dvd to watch :p

I am in no way moaning, in fact I am kinda boasting .. We enjoy life and really, thats all we can expect before the wheel of life takes another turn and we start again :p
