...er....January social?

Anyone care to sponsor (read: pay the travelling cost) for a US-based Euro-member???

Ayah, I'll need a machine to ride....of course, you generous sons-o-bitches could also factor in the transport of my XX....

If you are on Edwards AFB couldn't you just "borrow" one of the more exotic machinery at your disposal?

XXrider, why don't you "hitch" a lift on one of the planes that use the UK as a stopping off point on their way east, I believe thats how most of you air-force types get about normally anyway,!! its not unheard of for it to happen in the RAF as well,"though not to as great extent" as the Yanks, :dunno:
no matter where you land theres always "someone" can pick you up on route,"unless your a fiat" how about giving it a try?? :dunno:

It's true. We do what's called "catching a hop". That is, get a ride on any military aircraft (usually Air Force) that has room, going....well....where ever. I've done it a bunch of times, and it's an easy way to get around. And not every one is in the back of a cargo hauler, so occasionally it's comfy, too. :p We're usually allowed 2 pieces of baggage, so I figure I can carry my clothes in a backpack and *carefully* wrap the XX........

Just have to find out what's going where and when. You might see me about the place....I've done sillier things on a whim. (the mrs might not be so understanding, but....hey....ya gotta do what ya gotta do, eh?)

Seizure labors!
