Just out for the day with my lad who lives in Penarth. Only down in South Wales for a couple of days and then back up to Mid-Wales.The weather changes on a sixpence here, William. It was beautiful here on Tuesday, too. I have proof. It was supposed to be nice today but it's crap; grey and miserable and someone's nicked the mountains!
How come you didn't let me know you were here?

Our hosts have been getting a good feel for the attractions in the area from the Kate Humble programme about her life at Usk. They have been at Llanddewlllandewillangogogoch or whatever it’s called for two years and I think the furthest they have ventured is a screwfix at Abergavenny. They have gorgeous views over a The Sugarloaf and I am hoping to persuade the lazy sods to climb it while we are down.Wales on a Wednesday?
