I purchased a fleece with bird logo from bikers oracle on the 16dec they took the money from my account the next day I had email to confirm the order and that it was being dispatched.
I still have not received it I know we've had xmas and new year so though I'd give a little time.
I emailed them in the week asking if it had been sent in case it had gone missing in the xmas post but they've not replied anyone had the same prob with an order over the xmas period with them.

I'm really sorry you had to wait Pete, as I explained via email, yours was the first fleece we have ever done with the BIRD logo on it and for the first one, we have to get the logo digitised, which basically turns the logo into a set of computerised instructions that the embroidery machine follow. Now we have the programming for the machine, any future ones will be very quick to do so no waiting :beer: .

Anyway, I know you have it now and from your email you seem well pleased with it, so thanks for your patience.
