Perhaps there's more opportunity for ex ministers on the boards of builders/property developers than on energy companies :)

Its that same barrister again, take it with a shovel full of salt

The bloke fires off about all sorts of stuff without checking facts or even the legalities of advice he gives or claims he makes and very often gets it wrong then has to post another video recanting his previous statements

i hate this sort of stuff as even the daftest of us are capable of checking facts before making claims but this twat seems not to bother and because of his job people believe him :( my suggestion is if you see him pop up look for information on whatever he is waffling on about elsewhere as it much more likely to be correct

Nikola Tesla tried to develop a way to give everyone worldwide free electricity and as soon as he got close to his goal he was shut down, hounded and had his life destroyed because there was no profit in it for either the existing energy companies or the governments of the time

Look it up lads and ladies, corruption went to the top back then and still goes to the top today only the cheese eating surrender monkeys got a slight break from it when the lopped a few heads off but even then those doing the lopping soon became the same as those they revolted against

Er, it’s on the internet so it must be true.

I haven’t opened it but I bet there are lots of caring businesses advertising on the link so they must think it’s true as they must check stuff out that they associate themselves with really, really carefully.

Surely…..

There is a school near Liverpool which was designed to work without a heating system.
Seems that it worked.

The guy who designed it died, I think not long after. Strange. They cannot figure how he did it.

It’s not that difficult to build new homes that do not require any heating….it’s just a bit expensive As it is very labour intensive.

Providing they are being used - and used properly - they will generally maintain a minimum level of around 18c in winter. Which is plenty enough for me but many seem to want their homes at well over 20c

18c used to be perfect for Woman ( and me ) but nowadays she complains of the cold at anything below 21c
Me, the temp needs to be 19c now
Proly an age thing exacerbated by Mo's sedentary state caused by her inability to move without considerable pain

I am a bit younger than you mate and at anything below about 21 i feel cold, the doohicky on the wall reads 18 presently and i am sat with a T shirt, sweatshirt and a thick jumper over the top feeling pretty chilly

Anymore of this and i will be breaking out the heated socks and heated bodywarmer in the house instead of just when i go out

Yup.. My daily attire in the house consists of fleece, T shirt and one of my old thermal undershirts
I keep the living room up to her temp but the rest of the hose never sees over17-18c
Keeps the energy costs manageable

17 to 18° seems a little high, my heating rarely goes above 15°, thermals on, hot water bottle and blanket to keep me warm, also I cant put the heating on until all of the mad parrots are back in their cages

Have you considered getting her a rechargeable electric waistcoat thing - they work really well.

I have one, it works brilliantly and last for ages just make sure you find one with the heat pads where you want them as there are different layouts

I wear mine under a lumberjack shirt to keep the heat in and after the initial full power burst stick it on the lower setting, worn it at that for 6 hours and had it soaked in that time a couple of times now, if it can put up with my ham fisted abuse and not break or burst into flames then i think we can assure Mo that its safe

For those considering it forget the oft reccomended 10,000mA batteries and go for the 20,000mA they take hardly any longer to charge and last twice as long (you can go bigger if you want but there really is no need)

On tv the other night someone suggested wrapping up i an electric blanket…much to my surprise they don’t cost a lot to run.

We have a small version about two feet square with a fake sheepskin cover that I use on my back when it plays up…would be fantastic for Mo to sit on.
