Rope is cheaper than incarcerating someone for a length of time, it ensures that the offender is not going to reoffend, it protects innocent people from that offender, what’s the problem?

Having lived in a country where the death penalty exists, I’m with you all the way.

And rope can be re-used. That should please the liberal lefties.

And it’s a natural product, which causes no harm to the environment. Carbon neutral, too
