You have made assumptions there John...
to summarise, the garden one is water related and is sort of permanent....it can go in numerous places and will stay there when installed. And it can be used in a greenhouse, as well as in the house and outside in the garden.
To help - it is water related but nothing to do with plumbing.

Not entirely sure i would have a water butt in house but hey, each to their own.
