I have posted this in the McBASH section but just in case anyone doesn't read that I'll stick it here as well !
Right we have just got home from another damn successful McBASH.
Lots of new faces again this year from all over the place and some nearer home with a total, over the weekend of 21 McBASHERS plus all the extras so at one point we had 16 bikes including the No1 Special Edition 1200 Blackbird !
Also good to see Clive & Gina call in over the weekend to join us for the evening meal and catch up.
A huge shout out to Ian Robbo and Yvonne for making a massive effort to come up for the weekend especially given Robbos medical problems so it was great to see them take part and get to know all the other guys.
Just in case anyone wants any of the older McBASH Stickers or Jacket Patches, I have just been sorting out what is left and there are lots so if anyone wants any of this lot just let me know, PM me your address and I'll post them off to you.
2018 McBASH - 25 left (I forgot to bring the 2nd batch!)
2017 McBASH - 12 left
2016 McBASH - 12 left
2014 McBASH - 4 left
2013 McBASH - 6 left
2012 McBASH - None left!
2011 McBASH - 10 left + 6 Jacket Patches
2010 McBASH - 21 left
2009 McBASH - 6 left (THE original!!)
If you attended any of these and would like one, just let me know, first come first served !
Included in the weekend was a bash at Quad Biking (on Quads!) and various run outs on the saturday then sunday a 160 mile run across Glenshee, The Lecht, Braemar, Corgarff and lung at the Motormania at Grantown on Spey then back to Pitlochry.
A damn find weekend with damn fine people !
As there are not many on BORD who come anymore, I have put a link on the Facebook page for everyone who came, as does not know about BIRD, they can now have a look. So hopefully more BIRD members will come next year, watch this space !!
