I presume you are asking if anyone knows of any good shops there. Dont stop at the first ones you come to as these are on the outskirts of Andorra central.
Many make the mistake of entering Andorra and stopping at what looks like Andorra central, its not, the main part of Andorra is a few miles further on (this is if entering from the Spanish boarder)
Its there that the greater bargains can be had as you can go from shop to shop and haggle with them over neighbouring shop prices.
Dont pay the price on the label, do as I did when I got a cam-corder, found the one I wanted and then went to several shops saying the guy dowjn the road would offer it to me xxx euros, so they drop the price, then go back to the first guy and do the same with him.
I got around 40 euros knocked off with some freebies thrown in. It pays to haggle.
