Anyone go last night - saw about 3 Birds down there...

Was an amusing run down the A339 for me, at Black Dam (Basingstoke) roundabout I was met by three tvat riders (Blade, SP1, Gixer thou) - all of which were doing 'handstand' stoppies at the traffic lights...:wank: I was just waiting for one of them to go too far... You could hear their rear huggers crack into the subframes on landing...
I just composed myself in true IAM style... The SP1 then had to pull over as his stoppies had caused his numberplate to work loose (as if that kind of rider would be concerned about it, the last thing they'd want would be for folk to know their numberplate)...
Anyway I continued to ride in a progressive manner, and you guessed it, I was still able to make it down the A339 leaving them all behind without using excessive speed, but making clean overtakes and using correct road positions (not needing to brake hard at every corner as they were)... Me thinks they were a bit surprised and embaressed to be out-done by a Bird...

Side note:
Whilst at Alton Cafe i met a rider on a Silver Bird, went to go up and say 'H'i, I asked him if he was on the BIRD forum, he said 'No' grunted and followed up by saying 'It's too f#cking hot' and threw his leather jacket at my feet...:wank: Glad he's not on this forum....

Psychotic Artworker. RIP
Haven't been for a while ,but as I live in Farnham, I must make the effort more often as it was always more of an intimate gathering compared to the Derby.
Saturday mornings is always good for a quick blat and a full brekki and mug of tea.
Must visit soon, must visit soon, must visit soon.

Actually, I have to thank Samster for showing me the Alton cafe/meet as it was he who took me down there when he lived in Basingstoke and I had only just moved to Farnham.
