:bang:Taken from the BBC the other day........A motorcyclist who ended up in hospital after hitting a stray sheep up in the Cuminestown / Fyvie area has been told he has to pay for damage done to the road.
Moray Ferguson 47 from Cuminestown was put in intensive care following the accident in July. He suffered injuries including a broken hip, pelvis and collarbone, seven cracked ribs and a collapsed lung.
The bike was distroyed buy flames ...which apparently damaged the road.
Two months later he has recieved a bill from Aberdeenshire Council charging him 200 quid to repair the road surface.
Is this real or what.....nothing said about the feckin farmer who,s fence was probably in a state of ill repair that allowed the sheep to wander onto the road in the first place......the guy was lucky to be alive and all these feckin tossers can think about is sending the guy a bill for their shity road.
